With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Azulita can comfortably acommodate up to 15 people. It boasts a spacious fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary adventures. The open-concept kitchen is joined by a dining area sitting 8 and a cozy living room perfect for relaxing or watching your favorite show. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, spa-like en-suite bathroom and access to the main balcony where you can admire this amazing tree visited by many types of birds looking to feed on its wild berry fruit. On the ground floor you will find a huge open area with an outdoor kitchen and dining tables as well as a terrace where you can sit and relax at pleasure. There is also a third bathroom for your convenience. Of course, your whole gang will be able to enjoy a beautiful swimming pool which has a sitting area with jets. Azulita is surrounded by nature, even a small pond and a tiny creek.

The location of Azulita makes it convenient to places like La Fortuna (1 hour away), Río Celeste, (1hr 45 min away) La Paz Waterfalls (1 hr 30 min away), Bajos del Toro (1 hr away) and of course nearby hot springs. There are also less known attractions such as a a butterfly sanctuary, a wild animal shelter and hiking trails less than 30 minutes from us.

Guests have access to the whole property which is about 10.000 square meters except for our own house and any structure that has a lock.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la propiedad que tiene una extensión de una hectárea excepto nuestra casa de habitación y cualquier estructura que tenga algún tipo de cerradura (bodeguitas).

El centro de la ciudad de Aguas Zarcas está aproximadamente a 1 kilómetro donde podrá encontrar lo que necesite para su estadía, desde restaurantes y panaderías hasta supermercados y bancos. Se recomienda algún tipo de transporte motorizado ya que el camino de vuelta es bastante empinado. Sin embargo existe un mini super a menos de 100 metros de la entrada de la propiedad donde encontrará víveres, licores y más.

The town of Aguas Zarcas is located at about 1 kilometer from our property. There you will be able to find all you need for your stay from restaurants and bakeries to grocery stores and banks. We recommend some kind of motorized transportation as the way back from town is short but pretty steep. However there is a mini grocery store no more than a block from us where you can find groceries and even alcoholic beverages.

Should you need transportation assistance just let us know. We may be able to help with that for an extra fee!

There are two dogs on the property. Their names are India and Tanelo. They are German Shepperd and therefore rather large but they are extremely friendly. We can keep them away if so requested. We only ask that you make your request ahead of time so we can make the necessary arrangements.

(*) We are pleased to inform you that the house can accommodate up to 16 guests. However, please note that some bedrooms may not be available if the minimum guest requirement is not met. Room availability will be determined based on the total occupancy as follows:

2 guests: main suite available

3-5 guests: main suite + 1 bedroom

6-9 guests: main suite + 2 bedrooms

10+ guests: main suite + 3 bedrooms
